Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on August 11, 2009 (Tuesday) in the Marlborough City Hall, 140 Main St. Memorial Hall, 3rd Floor, Marlborough, MA at 7:00 P.M. on the petition of the below named person seeking a variance in the application of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Marlborough, as follows:

The applicant proposes to convert this property into a business “use” that would be permitted by right, but does not comply with parking requirements as to the quantity of parking spaces, paving or access aisles or setbacks necessary to conform in accordance to Section 200-48, subsection A(5), C(1-3), C(5) and C(8). The property in question is located in Zoning District Business, being Map 70, Parcel 287 of the Assessor’s Maps, 27 Main St. (across from the former Renzi’s shoe repair shop)
